Hydroelectric power plant located in the city of Chucas, located 50 kilometers west of the capital of Costa Rica. The works consisted of the construction of a dam of over 50 meters in height and 230 in length, with a volume of 190,000 cubic meters of water. The works for the hydroelectric power plant were completed with the construction of a landfill, as well as the access roads to the new facilities and a new bridge over the reservoir.
